Mujahid appeal verdicts.. 16th June

Jamaat leader Mujahid, he did lots of crime in the period of Bangladesh liberation war. The most important crimes was against humanity. He killed, rape, looted and also many other crimes . for this reason Bangladesh international war criminals tribunal give him death sentenced. He appeal against this punishment. this appeal judgement will be 16th June 2015.

Mujahid , Jamaat leaders for crimes against humanity June 16 to appeal the verdicts . 4 -member bench headed by Chief Justice ordered .
The other three judges on the bench are: Justice Nazmun Ara Sultana , Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain and Justice Hasan Faiz Siddiqui .

In fact , 2013 of the International Criminal Tribunal-2 for crimes against humanity on 17 July Mujahid ordered to be hanged . He was found guilty of five of seven charges of crimes against humanity .

The complaints of one , six and seven the number of executions by hanging on charges Mujahid Tribunal has ordered . Mujahid five years in prison on charges of number three and number five were sentenced to life imprisonment on charges . The prosecution failed to prove the charges in the second and fourth.

A case on charges of hurting religious sentiments of the former Social Welfare Mujahid was arrested on 9 June 2010 . In August of that year , he was arrested on charges of crimes against humanity . 2011 11 December, the prosecution filed a formal complaint against him .
