Conserve water, man
Environmentalist are in a frenzy these days. And what could be the reason? The unnecessary usage of water. Many are perturbed by the shortage of water globally and it has been claimed that the next world war would be for water.
Textile-based installation artist and educator Elisabeth Buecher has invented a cunning way to conserve water. Titled “My Shower is a Green Warrior,” Buecher’s shower curtain turns spiky after four minutes of bathing,taking over the space and discouraging long water-wasting showers, according to Bored panda .
These curtains which were displayed at the 2009 Milan Furniture Fair, have come out with a noble cause; it is not for marketing purposes but aims at provoking the conscious mind over the depleting water resources worldwide.
