Babar,Hannan and also 32 accused for SAMS Kibria murder case
A Sylhet court today framed 32 people in the murder case of Awami League leader and former finance minister SAMS Kibria.
Ex-state minister Lutfozzaman Babar, former Sylhet mayor Ariful Haque Chowdhury and Huji leader Mufti Hannan are among those indicted.
Speedy Trial Tribunal Judge Makbul Ahsan framed the charges in presence of 14 of the accused this afternoon, reports our Moulvibazar correspondent.
